My tip is this...as far as advertising that you finance up to 5000 dollars, and how no-one will be turned away, and leading people to beleive that they can actually go there and leave completely satisfied...no no no...I'm sorry. Lincoln Dental finances NOBODY. If you don't have insurance, or CASH, or the ability to secure a way to PAY THEM IMMEDIATELY, then you will leave the same way you came in. I found them to be very friendly however, very nice people! It just upset me a little that even tho I paid them 1800 dollars, with a 69 dollar balance, this guy was really struggling to let me walk out of there with that balance!!! And I was coming back in TWO DAYS!! And I had JUST given them that money two weeks prior! So yeah...they need to convey that you will NOT be taken care of unless you can PAY IN FULL...just like evrywhere else.... more

I had moved to the area about 2 years ago and went to Lincoln Dental because my plan covered them and it was easy to get to. Things started off OK, they were running 10 minutes behind which isn?t bad but things just went downhill from there. It took the hygienist less than 20 minutes to clean my teeth and get a full set of x-rays. I thought that was fast because as I said I hadn?t been to the dentist in 2 yrs. Then she went to get the dentist, after waiting another 10 to 15 minutes she went to get the dentist again. The dentist came in the room upset as if coming in there was not her job. Glanced at my x-rays as she walked by them, bitched at the hygienist the entire time she was in the room which was about 3 minutes. The three sentences the dentist said to me was 1) when she walked in the room she asked me? how I was today? 2) I recommend that we pull all your teeth. #) do you want to schedule that now? I said no and she walked out of the room. Nothing else, both I and the hygienist were left there with our mouths hanging open. The poor hygienist was left trying to explain to me what the dentist had said to her (Like I didn?t hear it). It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The bad part is now I have to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion because I cannot true her answer after only 3 minutes in the room with me. After going there I check their reviews and I am sorry I didn?t do that BEFORE going there. more

I've been going to Lincoln Dental for a number of years and they have always been great. They make you feel welcome by treating you like family. The Dentists are top notch and are gentle as well as competent.The hygenists make my teeth look nice and white.The front desk handles all my insurance for me.I have referred dozens of patients to Lincoln Dental and their experience has been the same as mine. more

Lincoln dental is HORRIBLE! The service is lousy (rude and obnoxious front desk staff) and they use inferior products. I had two crowns done by this office and within just years (7 & 8) I need to have them BOTH replaced. \r \r One was never fit to my tooth (quite painful for the first few weeks) so there is a sizeable gap between the cap and my tooth (allowing food in to possibly rot the tooth underneath) and the porcelain is wearing off and a huge chip came out of the second one. \r \r So now I have to now spend $1,200 plus to have these two replaced. I don't dare go back to Lincoln Dental to get it done. I might end up in worse shape. \r \r Lastly, every time I went to this office, I would get a different dentist. What is that all about? I want to see the same dentist every time I go. Not get someone who just happens to be around that day. more

If Dr. Voci is still here, DO NOT GO! He is horribly rude, and does shoddy work. I had to have work done over that he did. When I told him I had pain after he did a tooth, he told me that was impossible and acted pissed off. Check the mass. dental board...has had numerous complaints and his license to practice was revoked for a time. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!! more

I have been going here exclusively since the beginning, back from Dr. O'Connor in 1987. I have always been satisfied with the work done and the costs (I have always been blessed with insurance). In fact, I have been quite pleased with written quotes for crowns the last few years -- they are much lower than those of my friends closer to Boston and have been honored as written. Always professional and friendly -- I highly recommend this office. more
