They did their duty and did it well. All the process was done right and in timely manner. I do not want to go to detail but I did not have any complaints. Pros: Precise Timing

We ended up using www.sanjosefuneralservices instead and LOVED THEM! They are family owned and operated and very knowledgeable. The prices were half the cost of Lima's. Pros: ...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS MORTUARY. They do not honor their contracts. In making arrangements for my father, it was agreed upon by the person who held the Power of Attorney for my father, for me, as the oldest daughter, to pick up his ashes. Papers were signed my both parties and the mortuary.\r The POA decided to change her mind and pick up the ashes herself and make arrangements to have him interned in a Memorial Wall. I was not contacted by the mortuary to the change of arrangements and when I called for a time to pick up, I was informed that he was already picked up and they had no alternative but to release his ashes to a non-family member. Thanks for the heads-up Lima Santa Clara and the emotional stress this has caused the family. Be aware of their practices and deceitfulness. more

HORRIBLE 9/29/2009

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR DECESED LOVED ONE HERE!!! We signed a contract and month after my mom's funeral service they are telling me that i owe and addition 300 after what my contract price was... Then they sent me to collections with out even sending me the information i requested... Pros: NOTHING Cons: Changed the price of my contract after it was paid more

Family in more than just the name 6/6/2008

Family in the name and in the way that they do business. Lima has been around for a long time and while we hope that we don't have to see them that much, it's time to know that when the inevitable occurs, we can call them with confidence. When my granmama passed last year, they were incredibly sympathetic to our loss and very comforting in their manner. more
