We were disappointed in the food, but the delivery and service was worse.\r
Our order had been mixed up with another apartment's. Instead of replacing both of our meals, they merely went to each apartment and switched the food (good thing I didn't start eating the first delivery we received!). \r
I've never had this experience with a restaurant who has made a mistake. Usually they try to make it up to you, but these folks didn't even seem to care. By the time we finally did receive our correct order, the food was cold and soggy. We weren't even hungry anymore at that point.
