Lily's is THE place for locals to go for great food in Malibu. Locals and Pepperdine students are always to be found there. I always go with the surfer boyfriend for breakfast burritos.
Portions are huge and satisfying. You really have to try the place just once. It's located next to Cook's supermarket and the Bank of America off of PCH right before Zuma Beach.
It's pretty cheap, too! Breakfast burritos run around 5 bucks.
