I got recommended by a friend of mine who also bought a Jacuzzi from Lifestyle, and the service was great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the deliverymen showed up right on time and finished up very quickly. If I do get another spa I'll definitely buy from them again. more

Had to get a spa for the yard, one of the salesmen came out to my house to measure and suggest locations. We ended up with a jacuzzi j-365, which is perfect. The whole staff was very helpful, from the salesmen to the delivery people. Would definitely recommend. more

I purchased my Jetsetter spa from Jim Bogart in Feb 2010. Their service is outstanding. My first experience at owning a spa and they were there and still continue to be for any questions and help I need. Installation went well without any problems, set up and care is very easy. We are using it every day. Would recommend anyone considering purchasing a hot tub to buy from them. Huge selection to suit any needs. Great staff and extremely helpful even over the phone to answer any questions. more

Eight years later, Lifestyle Outdoor is THE ONLY place I'd ever consider to purchase a jacuzzi tub. They didn't pressure me on buying and I made my happy choice. On one occasion, I came just after closing to get chemicals. I got there just in time to see a salesman locking up and opening his car. He saw me in my car with what must have looked like disappointment. I wasn't looking at him but he saw me and said, "Chemicals?". I turned and said yeah. Right then and there he got out of his car and opened up the store just for me to get my Baquaspa chemicals. He didn't have to do that but he did nevertheless. I have often told this story to friends as the best example of customer service I know.\r When I relocated twice to a new home, they were there to move the tub. I bought my first Hotsprings spa from Jeff in early 1984 and replaced with a new Hotsprings Prodigy from Jeff late in 2008.\r The old one still worked but the new ones are so much easier to live with. For my second spa I never even considered researching vendors or product because I was that happy with Lifestyle Outdoor, Jeff and his staff.\r \r I should mention that I did have one service call. We bought a portable spa at Lifestyle. The salesmen we dealt with, Peter Batterton, knew all the models backward and forward, and guided us to the spa that gave us the most for the money. They go the extra mile - they stored our spa for over 6 months while we re-landscaped our yard. They have a good selection there, I'd recommend going there to anyone looking for a spa. more
