This place is terrible and a complete waste of money and time, plus the personnel are very rude to customers. They were not able to show any tax reduction opportunities, that is just a sales gimmick. It is easier and more convenient to file online for free in the comfort of your own home, besides you can always just look something up quickly if you have a question. It is easy to find out if something qualifies as a tax write off, just look it up online. Plus it's better to just do your own taxes than having to bring all your personal paperwork to their office for some impatient worker to anxiously wait for you to fumble through all that paperwork while your tax deductions get missed in their hurry, meanwhile they made their money off you regardless. more
