Lexus Santa Monica has ruined me for all other dealerships. I recently leased a CT200h F-sport and the entire process was a delight from beginning to end. Caitlin Cohen was responsive and helpful, working hard to find me exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel pressured. Angela Durand did an excellent job going over the car's features with my boyfriend and me, making certain that we understood what each shiny button did. Miguel Soriano zipped us through the financial part of the process smoothly and with a smile even though he ended up having to stay late! And Armen swooped in when a small wrinkle popped up, smoothing everything out before it could even become an issue.\r \r I live in Los Feliz so there are several Lexus dealers that are closer but Santa Monica was the only dealership that strived to make the car shopping process pleasant and easy. Cannot recommend them enough! more

I just want to say that I had the BEST experience with Walter at Santa Monica Lexus! We leased a GS450H and the help that we received and the time and patience from Walter was just incredible! We will 100% be back to this dealership for all of our Lexus needs. \r \r We went to drop off our two Lexus' for service and ended up leaving with a new one and it was inspired by Tony in the service center, his energy was great and he helped us a ton! We showed up to test drive and we were greeted and escorted in by the General Manager I believe, he was very friendly and helpful! Walter taking so much time making sure that we were 100% satisfied with our new Lexus was HUGE for us! He was very knowledgable about everything on top of being very down to earth! I also want to say that Ray did a great job working on the numbers with us and Josh in the financial department really made the paperwork easy and quick! Was looking into getting the best luxury car for me for the past 2 month and when I finally went to Santa Monica Lexus Jimmy Kim & Daniel Rome were able to get me exactly the car that I wanted. They beat everyones deal that I had considered and got me in even a more of a car then I expected. I love my car thanks to these to guys. They went out of their way to make me happy and had the exact car for me within a couple of days . I'll be referring all friends and family to these to guys. Just bought a Lexus ES 350 for my mother from this Dealer. Even though I bought more than 10 cars in my ""young"" life, I hate buying car because every dealer wants to upsell their product and endless haggling follow. For that reason, I normally go to a dealer where I know the sales rep personally.\r \r HOWEVER, Since my personal connection to Lexus is located all the way in Calsbad and I didn't feel like driving all the way from LA, I decided to try this dealership per recommendation of a friend. Boy was I very happy.\r \r This is all thanks to Fleet manager named DAVID NOH. This guy is awesome! This guy hates wasting time haggling and he's your man if you hate haggling too. \r \r What David promised over the phone was exactly what I got... No lying over price to get you to the dealer, No upselling, No threats for extra warranty that I don't need for couple years, etc... \r \r I only spent 30 minutes filling out paperworks/contract and my mother was out of door with brand new ES350. \r \r My brother will be buying GS 350 in couple weeks and I know who I will send him to: \r David Noh of Lexus Santa Monica more

I’m Lexus enthusiast, been driving Lexus cars for many years enjoin Lexus stile, performance and reliability. Was waiting for 2014 GS 350 to come out and went for shopping, via internet this time. My online research and remote communications with deferent Lexus dealers in LA area finally brought me to Lexus of Santa Monica. The reasons were good professional communication both by email and by phone which gave me feel of trust and promise for deal I looked for.\r \r My experience at this nice dealership was easy and pleasant! My 2014 GS 350 F-Sport lease deal actually appeared even better than I expected. Just leased my 12th Lexus with Santa Monica Lexus. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with Leasing and the Service Departments. Both my wife and I have had different Lexus models over the years and all have been great. Bernadette Eaton and Neal Greene have made the leasing experience very pleasant. Yesterday we took our Lexus 350 in for service. Johnny Mancillas was our service advisor and he was terrific. Took care of the care, arranged for a loaner, called us promptly when the service was complete and greeted us when we returned to pick it up. Made the whole normally unpleasant business of getting your car serviced, a completely enjoyable one. Call Johnny when you need a great service advisor there. more

Recently had the 15k service on my 2012 450S. Mario Gonzales took care of me. A primary concern was that the blue tooth was dropping out intermittently for about 30 seconds at a time. Turns out many iphone users have been having the same problem, Lexus has updated the software for the connection since I bought the car in 2012 and so they installed the new software. So far, no problems. Thank you, Mario. more

Buying a car has become quite routine for me. After all, cars are commodities, and price is the ultimate consideration after deciding on the make and model. The one distinguishing characteristic of the dealer, though, is the service provided by the sales staff. In this regard, my recent purchase from Santa Monica Lexus was a wonderful experience. Both Kevin Emamian, and his boss, Benjamin Hodor, were extraordinary in their knowledge and attention. The computer system on the 2013 RX models seem to require a PhD. Kevin spent an afternoon patiently walking me through the intricacies of the entire system. This is no easy task. Moreover, when the garage door signal did not work, he came to my house in the evening to fix it. This is definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I'm due for another car, I will start with Kevin and Ben. They are a joy to work with. more

Poot Attention to Detail & Poor Customer Service 9/28/2010

I recently had an extremely poor and disappointing customer service experience at Lexus SM while purchasing a new car. Both the salesman and Finance team miscalculated my final payoff amount through the Pull Ahead Program. I was never informed of this mistake and as a result I was forced to make one final payment attributed to my previous lease contract. I contacted the salesman and manger who refused to help correct the situation. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 8/11/10 and received a response on 9/17/10 (see below). Based on the response it is clear that Lexus Santa Monica does not value customer retention. Beware of the PULL AHEAD PROGRAM. Do not rely on the expertise of the salesman. Company's Initial Response - Posted 09/17/2010 Customer thought he had 6 payments left on his lease when he had 7. The pull ahead program through lexus only covers 6. It was explained to the customer that he owed the 7th payment. more

Leasing a car has never been something I enjoyed. Until now. This is the first time I actually can say I was not prodded or pushed but instead had someone working with me and for me Yes, the showroom is the most gorgeous I have seen (and of course I loved the cookies), but it really all comes down to personal relationships in a sales experience. My sales Consultant was Mike Lees (you can't miss him- he's the tallest guy in there!) He was courteous, respectful, kind and really knew his stuff It was more like a team effort in the purchase rather than the customer vs. salesman approach He did not play any games nor did his manager who ultimately made the deal with me I am delighted to write this review and would not hesitate to send someone else to this dealership And if you knew me you would agree I have never said anything like this before Pros: No game playing more
