A week into moving in I realized why I kept waking up at 5am every day, it was because they guy next door liked to go outside and talk on his cell phone. Contacted the office, they did nothing. Ceiling is like paper, so any move the people upstairs make goes right through the floor, chit chat included. Maintenance people came around to change the wood facing on the buildings. I was given notice, a day or two, of which I was away. When I came back from vacation they had piled all of my patio furniture in the corner and knocked over my flower pots - so they were dead. There were wood pieces and dirt everywhere. After cleaning their mess and replacing the plants, maintenance came by to paint. Rather than moving the plants (or asking me to do so since I was home) they painted the plants up against the wood of the patio. Thank you again Lexington. I have had mice in my apartment for the past month at least. No matter how many times I try to get a hold of someone I get no response. This is now to the point that I found mouse droppings in a dish in my kitchen sink 10 minutes after putting it there before I went to clean it. That is the last straw. This place is not worth the money you pay. Looks good on the outside, but stay here longer than a month and you'll regret it. After they get your money, the management office ignores anything else that comes out of your mouth.
