Les Schwab Tire Center

I bought new tires there, and after driving around a bit I found that my car was pulling to one side. I went to a mechanic to have it aligned, and they informed me that there was nothing wrong with the alignment, and I probably had a bad tire. I went back to Les Schwab, and they said they could fix it in about 45 minutes, and I said sure. 3 hours later, I'm still waiting. Eventually I'm told that they found the bad tire, and put it on the back so the car wouldn't pull as much. That's right, they found a KNOWN BAD tire that THEY sold to me, and left it on the car. Didn't replace it, just moved it to the back. Car still pulled to the side. I don't know if management had changed from earlier years, but right now it's terrible. Do not buy from these people. more

They got me in and out really fast. Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I got my snow tires put on there during the first snow and I was amazed on how fast it was. I have also gone there once before with a nail in my tire and got it fixed for free. Great service. more

This Les Schwab store has GREAT customer service! They really do come running when you pull in. I wanted specific tires when I went to the store, but the associate suggested a different, more appropriate tire for my vehicle (which was cheaper). I was impressed they would lose money in order to make sure I got the best tire for my vehicle. more
