I bought a set of barely used tires at ls, four days later I received a call saying I need to bring them back because they put on new tires. I called corporate and talked to Steve Duke and he said I had two choices, go back in on my time and return them on good faith in my part or they will take the loss and they won't come after me. This was not at all my fault but was made to feel like I stole these tires. Be aware, if they give you the wrong tires it will be your fault and according to les schwab corporate, they could go after you. This is sad because when people drive my closed businesses this is why they close down, no customer service, but a company that makes there customers feel bad for shopping with them.
