TERRIBLE SERVICE, however the food is amazing. I have eaten here several times and each time the service is VERY poor and lacking, but the food is amazing. I would recommend the food to anyone, but the service is just awful. more

GREAT FOOD - TERRIBLE SERVICE 8/25/2011

I am giving this restaurant 3 stars based on 2 categories. Actually, it should be 2.5, but I am round up. I give it a 5 for food, it's amazing, everything! I honestly think Leona's has one of the best thin crust pizzas in the city. I go for the Sausage and Olive, amazing. However, Leona's gets a 0 for service. I have visited this particular location on several occasions for work, and I can say over the past 2 years, the service has never changed. The service takes forever, waiters do not pay attention to customers, it takes several attempts to get checks, sometimes I have waited up to 15 min to even get a menu. I like to focus on the positive, they have an expansive menu, great food and a pastry cake to boot! more

I used to love Leona's but their delivery service has just gotten so bad. I hadn't ordered for a long time, but was yearning for their incredible mozzarella sticks so I gave them another try. They were out of the mozz sticks, but I ordered anyway with the promise it would be taken off the bill. The driver's receipt I was asked to sign still showed the sticks, and when I called they assured me I wasn't going to be charged for them, even while asking me to sign for them! And the driver's tip wasn't on the receipt I signed so I don't know if he ever got it. Then when I opened the bag, the side dish for my veggie burger was missing. They offered to send someone out with it, but I declined since it was so late and asked for a credit instead. They offered me a credit on my next order and I said I didn't think there would be a next order. Haven't seen my credit card bill yet but I'm not holding my breath for that credit. more
