I hate having to write a bad review for anything, but I have to say that my experience at the Lemon Drop was definitely all bad. I am naturally a medium-dark brunette. I went to the Lemon Drop in Jan. of 2008 and had been getting my hair dyed platnium blonde since August 2007. I had been going to a different salon, but went to the Lemon Drop at that time to get my roots done because that salon I had been going to couldn't fit me in. The stylist was extremely nice, but the color came out AWFUL. For some reason, she wanted to try to lighten my hair without using bleach, even after I told her I'd used bleach at the other salon and was fine with her using it. And of course she couldn't get my dark hair to lighten all the way up to platnium without bleach. The worst part, however, was that she ended up darkening all of my hair to a light brown and used a RED rinse on my hair! It's now AUGUST and I am STILL trying to get the red tones out of my hair! I have no idea how ""I just want my roots done to match my blonde hair"" turned into my walking with a browny-red color. Even worse, when she realized that I didn't like the color, she told me to live with it for a week or so and if I still didn't like it to call her and she'd fix it for free. So I did, and I still didn't like it a week later and called her. Then she tells me that she can't fix it for free! She said she'd give me a small break in the price, but not free. I'm sorry, she knew I wasn't happy and that she'd done the exact opposite of what I'd wanted. Not very professional and definitely not the way to get repeat business.
Pros: The decor is nice...that's about it.
Cons: The entire experience.
