My husband and I have a 2004 Ford Explorer and were experiencing problems with the transmission in FEB 2006. We took the truck to Allan Vigil Ford, in Morrow, Georgia for service while it was still under warranty. The problem started to occur again and we attempted to take it back to be serviced again, but we were no longer under warranty. Allan Vigil offered no assistance with the $400+ fee, as I felt they could've/should've since this was the exact same problem in 14 months (with a 3 year old vehicle). I decided to call LEGACY and after 2-3 minutes of explaining the situation, the service manager was willing to help. He offered to service the truck at a discounted rate and couldn't understand why they (Allan Vigil, Morrow, Ga) was unwilling. To make things sweeter, the truck was ready that same day...just in time for our family Memorial Day weekend trip!Thanks Mr. Wayne Wright!!!
