Customer service poor 9/13/2015

Felt rushed when we got nails done. Then came back within hour of getting gel French manicure to say we were concerned about it bubbling and the white tip looking see thru or thin and was told that they were fine but come back if not. I called later in the week to say that they indeed weren't staying like they should and couldn't make it in likely till the end of the weekend which I was told would be ok. When we arrived the "manager" argued with me about why I didn't come in sooner and my teenage daughter who was already feeling bad about having to get them fixed was scrutinized by him and then another employee nit picking everything he saw making excuses as to why they were like that while he was starting to fix them . Which embarrassed my daughter and insulted me. We told him the day of! We got Up and left. I would rather not have them fixed and not ever go back at this point. Poor business practice. Either you are going to happily fix them and keep a customer or don't ! Don't need the extra commentary. more

Nail fill 4/11/2015

The pedicure was excellent- I received my nail fill from a different tech that was in a hurry to attend to the next client. She never asked if I wanted gel or acrylic-the container which was storing the powder was disgusting! Only 1 of 2 nail foundations for the fill was used. She never spoke for even looked up at me. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the 1 primer was an all-in-one. After my total experience, I highly doubt that was the case. When it came time to polish my nails-it was ridiculous. She did not use base coat and was moving so fast I didn't have time to even respond to that fact. My first coat was so thick and gummy. She immediately applied a second coat then told me to go to this florescent light station--never told me how long to dry my nails, never came back until I flagged down another tech and asked if she could send her over (she was doing a pedi). She comes over and I show her the tips of my nails which were white and pink spotted. She never painted the tips and they looked like crap. She grabbed the polish and applied a thick, rushed tip which left a huge build-up of polish on the top of each nail. I was there from 4pm to 6:15pm. It took from 5pm-8:30pm before my nails dried. Needless to say, they look terrible. more

Pretty decent. 2/3/2013

I just got my first manicure here so I'm no expert, but this place seems reasonable. Signing in was a little awkward, there wasn't actually someone working at the desk, just one of the nail tech sort of shouting at customers making walk-in appointments. I paid $25 for a shellac manicure. The Guy working on me, Johnny, filed my nails shorter than I would have liked but other than that did a good job and was relatively friendly without being exceedingly talkative, which I prefer. Not sure how great the manager/owners' English seemed, but most of the other staff seemed totally fluent. The atmosphere is kind of cramped, but looked infinitely preferable to the other place in Meridian Mall, 90's Nails. I would agree with the other reviewers; this is really an "in-and-out" nail salon. more

Kinda Gross 6/17/2011

I ended up with warts on my feet after getting a pedicure here. The equipment and tools they used were not very sanitary. I will not be going back. more

We all could use some pampering! 8/5/2006

Lee Spa Nails is located inside the Meridian Mall in the section by where Mervyn's used to be. I was there for a pedicure and they did an awesome job. You get to sit in these chairs that have the massaging back and neck pad while soaking your feet in warm water. They are quick yet do a quality job and you can pick out any color of nail polish! It did cost $30 but that was after a $5 tip. It's a great break for tired feet after walking around the mall. more

Fast but.. 9/25/2005

This is sort of an in and out place. If you are getting your nails done why not enjoy yourself? As far as environment goes I would rate this place low but if time is limited this place can get you in and out. The prices seem ok. I am more into the spa like environment. more

Great Product, Great prices 9/23/2005

This is a great, convienient place to get your nails done. Located in the Meridian Mall, it is a central locale. They always look busy, but somehow never seem to make you wait for more than 5 min. or so. They do pedicures as well as manicures, and always make sure you get a good product. more

Quick, quality nail care 8/6/2005

Lee Spa Nail Salon offers a range of nail services. The facility is not fancy, but it is clean and well staffed. The staff seeks to provide a bit of pampering while getting your nails in good shape. The environment leaves a little to be desired, but the service is good and worth the visit. One of my favorite services at this salon are the pedicures. They have massage chairs for you to sit in as your feet soak in a fabulous whirlpool massaging tub. That alone makes me want to go back again and again! more
