I have rented a home from Ledingham for the past 3.5 years and it's been a great experience! The crew is always helpful and they are very flexible, always doing whatever they can to assist. I always knew I was dealing with people who knew me and responded like a friend who needed some help. They have been an incredible help and would highly recommend them to renters and those looking for a top-notch property management company. more

Happy Camper 3/22/2010

I rented from Ledingham Properties for two years and then moved out of the area. I received all of my deposit back, but I left it clean. When I came back to Salt Lake I went to them for help finding my new place. They have always been very professional and helpful. I have never had many problems at either property but when I did, they took care of the problem quickly. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. Great Experience 8/3/2009

Legingham Properties was the managers for my property for two years. They were Very helpful and quick to respond to any disasters. When my fridge broke down, they even found a place for me to store my food while the replacement was being delivered. Very friendly. Awful company-AVOID!! 6/11/2009

we paid $1450 as a deposit and they kept nearly $1000 as they said there was some dust and smudges in the house after we cleaned for 2 days straight. they are charging us to get the yard sorted, when the people who lived in the house before us never looked after it and it was a mess when we moved in! they didn't bother to maintain the yard for us to move in and tried to blame us for marks from previous occupants. ranae was rude and told us that we didnt know how to clean. From reading other reviews, I'm not the first one to think so. Cons: rude, keep as much of your deposit as they can more

we had a bad experience trying to rent out our house, and when we asked to work with a different agent, ledingham terminated the contract without notice. ledingham were unprepared to show the property, did not notify us when a showing was canceled (and we had spent hours cleaning the house), did not place our ad on websites as they had promised (not refreshed weekly as promised) and so on. Very unprofessional group, with the children as the agents for the company (that makes complaints awkward). would not recommend. Pros: reasonable rates Cons: poor service, unprofessional more

Don't ever live in a Ledingham Property 7/16/2008

How Ledingham propterties was voted ""best of"" is beyond me. The worst renting experience I have ever had. Had problems with the unit since day 1, and could never get Renee to return our calls ( not to mention she's not very pleasant to deal with). Our apartment flooded with the building's sewage after we had called the office numerous times to send a plumber to fix the problem, and that was just one of the issues. Great property owners !!! 2/25/2007

Rene and Mike (Ledingham) have by far been the best property owners I have ever had to deal with. They are quick and responsive when something breaks down, they send professional bonded repair people out to our home (as opposed to an odd ball from the Happy Ads) and are just great people to deal with!!! Pros: Great mid to upper middle class housing!!! more
