Mark takes so much pride in his work. He is VERY knowledgeable about not only windshields, but cars in general. He does quality work every time and likes to build relationships with his customers. He isn't in it for the money. He truley cares about people's happiness and satisfaction. It takes the extra steps to make sure of this. more

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I contacted the owner, Mike, through a craigslist add that he posted for an item that he had for sale. I was extremely excited about this sale but he already had someone interested. I patiently waited for 2 days. He finally got back to me to let me know it was still available. I told him that I was going to talk to my wife and get back to him; that I wanted to get it but I was squeezing it in-between multiple things I have to take care of since it was last minute. After talking to my wife, I called for about once an hour for 5 hours plus an email. He finally answered, 5 hours later, only to say that he had "been in doctors appointments the whole time" and that someone else was coming to pick it up; knowing full well that I wanted to get it and would be expecting my call. Business is business, whether it is your normal . That is just not a classy thing to do. This is NOT someone I would ever do business with nor would I suggest anyone else having to deal with this guys run around and lies. more

After I had a rock hit my windshield I needed to get my windshield replaced. I called this service and highly recommend them. They came to by work in Redmond and called me to show them where my car was. After an hour later they called me telling me that the car was done. The service was great, they even vacuumed my car. I highly recommend them. more
