I was down in Tampa working with the WassHale Group on an engineering project and found the apartments to be clean. Staff professional. No complaints. Pros: nice apartments more

Nice Apartments 1/7/2010

We stayed with Leading Apartments/Apartment Express in Tampa FL last year(March 2008) as we are snowbirds. The apartment was very clean and the decor was upscale. The service was 100%. We had a light bulb burnt out and the operations manager, Phil came over and he was extremely gracious. I'd stay with Leading Apartment in Tampa FL again anytime. Pros: Very Clean Cons: Nothing to speak of more

ok apartments rude staff 4/16/2008

The apartment that I stayed in was with Apartment Express but Leading Apartments and Apartment Express are run out of the same office. The apartment was not bad in size but when I came across a problem with the garbage disposal, the toilet, and cleaning staff, the people who took the messages apparently never conveyed them, voicemails were not returned and took too long to repair. I am a failry easy going person but the staff was just flat out rude. Pros: Larger apartment Cons: Staff more
