Most of the girls actually do a pretty good job in pedicure and manicure in both locations. They have 2 locations, one by COSTCO in Mission Valley and the other on Mission Center Rd. They do, however, need improvement in speaking English around customers, it's not hard to figure out when you are being talked about. I find it rude. One or a couple of them take it personal when you request for someone else in the midst of their service. Well, how do you explain to a pedicurist/manicurist what square or oval shaped means? You show a picture, somehow, it looks like a weird angle, not square, nor oval, more like asymetrical. What's with not painting the sides of your nail bed? One girl clipped my nail and skin along with it, it took her 5 minutes to apologize, and acted like I was at fault. I told her she needed to replace her rusted nail clippers or "her coworker's clippers" (one by COSTCO). The one great girl I actually requests for is by COSTCO, and it's ironic, 2 of the worst girls are also there. I don't need animosity, so I go to Mission Center Rd.
