I heard of Wayne Levine law office via a friend who has used the offices with great success. My circumstances were complicated. I met with him and his staff resolved my issues. It took time but I am satisfied. more

Mr. Levine's office helped me change my student visa to an H-1B work visa when immigration was claiming my job was not a qualifying occupation. He responded to the request for evidence and my work visa got approved. His office also filed my paperwork for my greencard through my employer and the labor certification got approved. I am just waiting for a visa number but my experience with Mr. Levine and his office staff has been great. I would recommend him to others who need a great immigration lawyer. more

You will only see this lawyer once when he is signing you up and you are giving him your money. He then pawns you off to his assistant, a wanna be lawyer, who I thought was a lawyer from the beggining. My wife says his assistant even acts like a lawyer answering live questions on the spanish radio! You will never see Wayne Levine again or hear from him unless you have payment issues when he than magically reappears. His staff is also incompetent. Took them over 4 months to file our papers with immigration and we had to keep calling to make sure they went out. His prices are also high for the quality of work they produce (lots of mistakes on forms) and after comparing them to other local immigration lawyers I wanted to kick myself for trusting in this guy. Would never recommend him. more

Please stay away from this lawyer, he took thousands and thousands of my hard earned money and lied to me about what was happenning with my case, lying his way to me being deported, If you are thinking about this lawyer...think again unless you want to end up like me. He even refused to give us a refund, telling us flat out no. GET AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE more

Is this office is in existence? this attorney is a thief...incapable of getting it right, this idiot just wants to see the $$ signs. I suggest that you get away from this fool as quickly as you can...him and his incompetent staff aint worth a penny of your hard earned money, look elsewhere please. more

If you want to spend evey last penny you have, get no results and have DHS return you to your home country then Wayne Levine is your man. He is absolutely clueless as to the current changing status of the law, lies to tell you what you want to hear and finally manages to get you deported. He and his office should be shut down as they are all incompetent. So please if you can get away from this so called law office please do so, he managed to ruin my family life and have no qualms about doing so. GET AWAY PLEASE!!!!!! Levine should be locked up for misleading people and taking their money. He is money hungry and does not care about anybody as long as you pay him. Wayne Levine is an immigration attorney. I first met him when he gave a lecture at my college several years ago. That in itself, i feel, is significant because not a lot of people would take time from their schedules to do that. Anyway, he knew stuff that even the people who work at the Immigration Offices seem to get wrong. He's a nice guy and if you need immigration services he'll hook you up. more

I met Mr. Levine when I was in college as a visa student from Canada. Now I'm retaining his services to get me a green card. He's been at this for about 20 years; he knows what he's doing and enjoys doing it. If you need bilingual (Spanish) services, he's got a legal assistant that speaks Spanish as well as his receptionist. His costs are reasonable; all application costs and fees as well as half his fees up front, and the balance of his fees are due when you get whatever he's working on for you. more
