David is very informative, knowledgeable and very courteous. He’s always explained everything thoroughly and was quick to respond to my phone calls every time I called him. I got pulled over for a DUI a while back; I was so scared! Being the best experienced DUI Lawyer in Walnut Creek that he is, he was prompt to reassure me and he got the charges dropped. I would definitely recommend him. more

Sentence reduced to 7 days 12/7/2012

I was referred to David through a friend 8 months ago because I was charged with my 2nd DUI and was facing jail time. David was able to get the sentence reduced to 7 days in jail instead of the 90 the D.A. was offering. He also was able to get a probation violation completely dismissed and I’m very thankful for a good job well done. Besides that he is always available and he truly cares about his clients! Highly recommended. more
