I call them for help and explained over the phone what I need it, they came to my house and said they don't have the right parts but since what I explained over the phone it wasn't clear acording to them(obviously I'm not a plumber) they consider it my fault and they will charge me $98 dollars for showing up (they were here less than 15 minutes)They told me that I should get the part but it will be another $98 dollars for them to show up again, and I ask them what if i get the part and is not the one you wanted they respond that it will be another $98 dollars they also say that even if they were here 5 minutes they will still charge $98 dollars and that is not their fault that I don't know anything about pluming. I called the owner Michele Laughlin and I got the exactly the same response from her, I told her that at least they should give the option to get the part for us but she say that if the client doest ask the don't tell. Seems like they have a good way of getting money off their clients. But a really BAD SERVICE!\r
