Cheapest on the internet, at first glance. Bad customer service must be required to work in the front office, especially if you have already paid!!! Messed up everything from the bouquet, to the time of our wedding. Our wedding was scheduled for 6:00, and we didn't even arrive in our filthy limo until 7:30, because our filthy limo( still dried up alcohol in every (decorative) glass. ) broke down, and took a minimum of 20 tries to get it running again. Of course, NOBODY was at fault, because they "contract" everything out. Hey, couldn't I have saved the $750 and outsourced myself??? At least then the flowers would have been right. The photographer, and videographer were nice, and did the best they could IN THE DARK!!! (Outside wedding)
The girl in the front office yelled at my wife, and when asked for a supervisor, she informed my wife that a 10 year old boy was in charge ( I'm not kidding!!!) And to come back the next day at 10:00 , when we showed, no supervisor, and was told thats the luxury of being the owner, is you can just go in whenever you want. Great!!! I paid this lady to outsource the work, and except no responsibility whatsoever. This company will probably not be in business long, and thats the way it should be. Please spend the extra $100 and go somewhere else. You wont regret it.
Pros: Videographer and photographer were AWESOME!!!!
Cons: Everything else....above should go work somewhere else.
