Happiest Day of My Life!!! 1/24/2009

I got married to my girlfriend there almost two years ago and it was great. The limo picked me, my girlfriend, and our two friends up from our hotel. We were all shocked that there was a limo! We were treated like gold! The limo was beautiful and the chapel was also. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful service. I recommend this chapel for a nice, cost efficient wedding day. Pros: Friendly Service, Limo, Beautiful Photos Cons: None more

ONLY ask for Cheryl or any of the owners if you choose this chapel. They know how to treat customers and know the importance of your special day! 8/14/2007

We were asked to wait outside for the driver at 5:00 PM.When we got downstairs, he was not there.We waited 30 minutes in the heat.The limo was filthy.The floor was in desperate need of vaccuming,there was dried up drinks in all of the glasses and some sort of brown liquid spilled all over the area the glasses were kept in.The driver told us we were to go to the chapel,because he was told to take us there.Upon arrival I was handed a PINK Lily bouquet and told it was what I had ordered and if I didn't like it too damn bad.Stapled to my paperwork was a picture of the bouquet I had asked for and what they handed me was not even close.I was then handed a red and yellow bouquet which I refused.Then I was handed coral colored roses,which I also refused.The worker then yelled at me and asked me what I wanted.I told her I wanted my flowers,the ones I was charged for.We asked to speak to a manager and was told that a 10 year old child was in charge.I finally got to the point of tears and told the girl to just get me some red roses, I just wanted to leave to go get married.The limo driver knew we were racing the clock on the sunset and sped the entire way out to the Valley Of Fire with my 18 month old neice in the back.We finally made it out to the Valley Of Fire at 7:30 and the limo died at the entrance to the park.It took at least 10 tries before we could get it moving again.Needless to say out of 160+ pictures we have maybe 10 that are not in the dark. The photographer and videographer were the only 2 that had any class and tact.They were very apologetic for the actions of the workers at the chapel.Both of them told us to go to the chapel at 10:00 AM today to speak with the owner.She was not there and again we were treated bad.******UPDATE AUGUST 19TH******Spoke with three of the four owners and issues will be taken care of.All three of them were disgusted by the actions of the employee's involved.I was told people would be fired and we would be taken care of.Thanks Girls! Pros: Videographer and Photographer were awesome. Owners willing to take care of issues when things go wrong. Cons: Unless it is an owner, bad customer service! more

Front office is rude after you pay, Outsourced people are nice, but by then....It's to late. 8/14/2007

Cheapest on the internet, at first glance. Bad customer service must be required to work in the front office, especially if you have already paid!!! Messed up everything from the bouquet, to the time of our wedding. Our wedding was scheduled for 6:00, and we didn't even arrive in our filthy limo until 7:30, because our filthy limo( still dried up alcohol in every (decorative) glass. ) broke down, and took a minimum of 20 tries to get it running again. Of course, NOBODY was at fault, because they "contract" everything out. Hey, couldn't I have saved the $750 and outsourced myself??? At least then the flowers would have been right. The photographer, and videographer were nice, and did the best they could IN THE DARK!!! (Outside wedding) The girl in the front office yelled at my wife, and when asked for a supervisor, she informed my wife that a 10 year old boy was in charge ( I'm not kidding!!!) And to come back the next day at 10:00 , when we showed, no supervisor, and was told thats the luxury of being the owner, is you can just go in whenever you want. Great!!! I paid this lady to outsource the work, and except no responsibility whatsoever. This company will probably not be in business long, and thats the way it should be. Please spend the extra $100 and go somewhere else. You wont regret it. Pros: Videographer and photographer were AWESOME!!!! Cons: Everything else....above should go work somewhere else. more

Horrible customer service!! Avoid at all costs!! 1/26/2007

My husband and I got married here in December 2006. Tha only nice thing I can say is the chapel was pretty and the minister was great. Other then that it was horrible. Some of the staff reeked of alcohol to the point you did not want them getting close to you. We recieved photos and a dvd of our wedding taken by their so called "photographer and videographer" that were way too dark and had to be extensively edited in order to be usable. We paid 30 dollars extra for a "Expidited" certified copy of our marriage license which the man at the desk assured us we would have in 7-10 days. Well, we have been married almost 2 months now and I still cannot legally use my new last name because they never sent our certified copy to us. I have called them 3 times over the past 2 weeks, the last time I called I was rather upset and the girl on the phone told me, "Maybe if you were nicer people would want to help you." Can you imagine? Real nice customer service............NOT! I am sending for my own copy and turning them in to my credit card company! If your looking for cheap this isn't the place to go. They make it look cheap on their web site but when you get there they tip and nickle and dime you to death. The 99 dollar package actually cost us 221.54 so almost anyplace else is better! My wedding 5/3/2006

Got married 3/24/06, they gave me a cd with our pictures, they were not us!!! Got the runaround for a week. The owner told me it was not her problem. The pictures were never found and they would not issue a refund. She told me she is a million dollar company and I am an individual, no one would believe me over her. Would not recommend to anyone whose wedding means anything at all!!! more
