I first saw the place when I was visiting the army navy surplus store. So it's not real obvious from Redwood Road.
The inside is inexpensive. There are two TVs playing on a spanish station. And there can be a bit of a language barrier.
But the food is excellent! And Cheap! With some interesting twists, such as the entomatada, an enchilada wtih a tomatillo sauce that was vibrant with flavor and color. Good burritos, tacos, quesadillas. They serve my favorite Chile Rellenos. Roasted poblanos, cheese and not too much sauce as so many others do. Good rice too.
Pros: Great flavor, cheap
Cons: some language barrier
