Not bad service, but no service. Have a dodge truck for which I have received 2 recall notices. Called Larson and was told to bring it in to the service department ...that they just needed to look under the hood to see if a part needs to be ordered. When I brought it in today, before even looking at the vehicle, the serviceman said he could send the recall notice back in to Dodge and they would quit sending notices to me. I told him that I would prefer that someone take a look to see if there was anything that needed to be fixed. He said it would be about 10 minutes and they would take care me. After being ignored for over an hour I finally left. Was hoping Larson would replace the dealership from which we bought the truck which closed, but that is not going to happen. Believed Russell Wilson, but found hooking up with Puyallup Larson is not a good play.
