This is a business you need to avoid. First they sell you open box merchandise and when you try to return it, they don't take it back because it is open, second, they charge you 25 % restocking fee even for a little shower head. There is nothing written on the invoke about fees, all they can say is it is written somewhere on their walls. The ladies who work on the cashregisters are very unfriendly people. This business needs a wake up call from the Better Business Bureau. I was charged $ 34.08 restocking fee for a shower head. SHAME ON YOU LARRY AND JOES PLUMBING. You guys are Thieves!
