.I lived here for almost three years. When I first moved in, things where good. After Living in the complex for a while I was in need of a larger apartment. I moved into my new apartment only to find that the people downstairs smoke so much that me and my kids spent the better part of six to eight months sick. There were four apartments in my part of the building. They could not rent the other two because the smell was so bad it affected all four apartments. Brittany (The Office Manager) on more than one occasion said that they would take care of it. The people downstairs then began to threatened and call my small children names. They would watch my children in the pool and playing, it was very scary for my children. They also threatened to shoot me. I had to call the police on more than one occasion. Again I was told by the front office that they would handle it. They did nothing until there lease was up and they then were given 60 days to move out. My apartment smelled of smoke the entire time I lived there! Even after they moved out. The apartment downstairs was rendered unlivable for at least three months when they moved out (As I was informed by Brittany)! As stated before I was assured on multiple occasions that the threatening and the smell would be taken care of but never was. I kept getting the same song and dance. We are giving the notice to move out this week. This went on for months!!!! At the end of it all I get a bill for more than 800.00 to replace carpet that would have had to be replaced because of smell anyway!!!!!! Police are always on the property for one reason or another. It is not a good place to feel safe and secure if you have a family. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!
