Great place to buy a car 4/21/2011

My husband and I recently bought a Cadillac STS from crossroads in Joplin. The people there were professional and respectful. We had no troubles at all. Crossroads offered us an interest rate that was better than our bank so we even financed the car there. Overall we are very pleased. more

What a NIGHTMARE half a star 4/14/2011

I purchased a used car had it 6 weeks, but was only able to drive it 1 week. Went for a new deal. Got a 2011 Cruze with 521 miles on it. Didn't get any compensation on used car deal. Now have been waiting almost 2 months for the title. Get a new lie every time I walk in the door. Not my favorite place to go. Wouldn't trust a word they say. more

almost purchased new truck 4/6/2011

Good: nothing. Bad: poor salesman, service mgr terrible customer relations sales MGR would not honor email quote that was given 2 hours earlier.. Improvements: this dealership should have been closed,,I will tell all of my friends and co workers about this very rude and unprofessional dealer.. Other: very glad I took time to check these reviews before buying from this dealer.. more

2 thumbs up 3/29/2011

I found a truck on the web and made a call to the dealership. The salesman was very easy to talk with and answered all my questions. I went in to test drive the truck later that week. The purchase was easy and not a big hassle. I will purchase there again for sure. more

Made buying a car easy 3/26/2011

After doing some research online, I found a car I liked on the Crossroads website. I submitted my information and was contacted shortly after. From there the process went as smooth as I could ask for. The staff was professional and really helped me buy the car instead of being pushy and trying to force the sale. I couldn't be happier. more

No Service After the Sale. 1/5/2011

Horrible experience, we signed papers for a brand new truck that was to be delivered, when we recieved the truck it did not have the same features we signed for, now Crossroads will not hold up their end of the deal, sticking us with the the truck we did not want. If you use Crossroads make sure everything you agree on is in writing and go the extra step and have it notarized. We will never use Crossroads for any purchase or service in the future, ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. more

Great Experience 3/16/2010

Ive had trouble buying cars in the past due to credit issues. As a result of those issues, Ive been treated like I had no business being at a dealership. When I went to Crossroads they treated me great. I got the car that I wanted and didn't have to wait all day to get my financing. They really made buying a car fun and were really nice to deal with!! more

Poor Salesman 12/10/2009

After my wife and I test drove a Honda CRV-EXL model, and decided to do some comparison shopping and try out the new Chevrolet Equinox. After we met the salesman and told him that we were interested in the Equinox, he tried to get us to test drive a Traverse vehicle because another couple had just completed their test drive in it. I reiterated that we were interested in the Equinox vehicle and were doing some comparison shopping. The salesman then told us that Chevrolet could not compete with the Honda unit which stunned us. Needless to say we left the dealership, but have not given up on the Chevrolet. We drove a 1983 El Camino to the dealership so we are well aware of the Chevy product. The older salesman definately needs more training even if it is cold outside and he apparently wanted to go back inside. We are shopping at another dealership that wants our business. more
