I have been doing my personal income taxes with Pablo Lancella for 4 years. The returns have been pretty straight forward (I was single, did not own any property and income could be derived straight from a W2). Two years ago I bought a house but had to rent to the sellers for two month while their home was finished. Pablo inputed the rent as straight income. He should have includes rental expenses (Depreciation, property taxes, maintence fees, etc.). I ended up paying and extra $1,000.00 to the IRS. I asked him to fix this by amending my 2004 returns but he wanted to charge me an extra $200.00. I do not recommend this accountant. I question his knowledge and/ or willingness to do what is right for his customers.
Cons: Knowledge, Customer Service, Parking
