I have had Pat Lamb as my insurance agent for the last three years solid, but for a total of at least 5 years. He is a representative of State Farm Mutual and Casualty Insurance company, but let me tell you, I am happy with the service and the pricing.
My husband and I both have excellent driving records. We have a 99 Chevy S-10 truck and an 06 Chevy Aveo. Both have full coverage, and we also recently acquired our homeowner's policy through their office, too. Grand total? $80/mon. That includes all three policies.
If you want to get as many discounts as possible, Pat is your man. Between his receptionist Stephanie (who knows me on a first-name basis) and Pat himself, they will strive to get you the best deal possible. If for some reason he cannot, he will explain to you why, as well as point out steps you can take to get the best deal.
State Farm is strict about insuring customers, so if you have a bad record or haven't maintained insurance consistently, you may have a hard time being approved. If you want to verify, you can do to the State Farm website and get a quote, or you can call up Stephanie and ask!
If you ever have a question about your policy, or maybe just a question in general, they are always happy to help. If they don't know the answer, they will find out and call you back ASAP. This is great service.
Their office is located off Chardon Rd. at the corner of Bishop Rd, behind the Shell station in the small office building. They run normal office hours, 9-5, M-F. An answering machine is available during off hours, with a message for Pat's cell phone should you have an emergency situation.
