Please DO NOT make the same mistake that I did!!! My daughter began attending the facility in November of 2011 in the infant room when I was hired as a pre-k teacher at the school. Since then, she has been bitten twice and neither incident was written up. There was an instance where the infant room teacher, Ms. Sara Tesfaye, went almost a whole day without applying diaper rash cream to my child and the cream was in her diaper bag. And she has refused to change my daughter two times. I demanded a meeting with the owners, the director and Ms. Sara, and I was told that if I left my child there after 3:45 then Ms. Sara was not obligated to change my child. Mnid you, the first time Ms. Sara refused to change my daughter, it was 2:40. I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the service that I received from the owners and the infant room teacher, so I have since moved my child to another facility. I AM STILL EMPLOYED AT THIS INSTITUTION AND I RATE THE INFANT ROOM AND THE OWNERS AS CATEGORICALLY UNSATISFACTORY!!! If you look on decal.ga.gov and search for childcare providers, you will see that this school was monitored 9 TIMES in 2011. A good daycare MIGHT be monitored twice.
