Recently my wife and I wanted a pizza but not the same toppings on each half. So I ordered delivery from Lakeside Pizza and Grill. The first pizza was wrong, so I sent it back with the driver and asked them to make it again. \r
The ""second"" pizza looked terrible. I call it the second pizza but in fact they had actually RE-DELIVERED the FIRST pizza. This time it was covered, and I mean totally covered, with RAW, uncooked red onions. While red onions was ONE of the ingredients that was supposed to be on the pizza, no restaurant in Austin would have delivered this pizza to any customer they actually expected to keep. \r
So I called the manager to complain and she apologized and offered me a refund. I said my wife and I are still hungry and it has been almost 2 hours since the original call; I am willing to give you one more chance if you will personally make sure our order is right this time. She assured me it would be.\r
When the third pizza was delivered, that was the last straw. Not only were there almost no toppings this time, but it was cut so poorly that one side had slices about 3 inches long with the others were way to big. As a result, there was no way to actually eat a slice with just the toppings each of us had wanted.\r
To know there is a restaurant in Steiner Ranch that provides this kind of ""Bottom of the Barrel"" service, while making false claims of having the best pizza in the area, is an insult to the community.
Pros: Almost a year ago I would have recommended it. NOT ANYMORE!
Cons: Tried dining in too, found a live insect in my salad! YUCK!
