I had a month to month membership and canceled it by email to the owner Joe. A few months later, I realized they were still charging my account. I called immediately, and it took several days for anyone to respond. They said they would do nothing about a refund. They said they didn't get the email because it must have either gone to the SPAM folder, or Joe got it and just ignored it. These are their words. After demanding to speak to someone who believed in customer service, Joe the owner finally called me. He said he would refund a little over 1/2 of the amount. I agreed to this. Joe then said he'd get a check out that day. It didn't happen. I called again, and heard through another employee, it could take up to 30 days now. This was news to me. It's been 6 weeks. I've called to speak to Joe again, and he refuses to return my call, and I assume my money. He was so adamant about his ""wanting to do the right thing"". All I see is someone who is shady and unethical. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend doing business here. He doesn't seem to care how he gets his money...just that he gets it.
