Macy's PIECE OF CRAP JEWELRY!!! I have wore my engagement ring for less then 9 months and it broke 4 TIMES!!!. The diamonds keep falling off. THIS LAST TIME I HAD 2 DIAMONDS FALL OFF. One of the diamonds they replaced turned yellow. When I went to ask why the diamond turned yellow the manager with attitude told me ""diamonds don't change colors""... really? because it was white last week when I got it, Does that mean is not a diamond?. Yes, I got it cleaned and now is light brown. They wont returned my money and they are offering only 50% of store credit if I give them the ring back. WHAT?! FOR A RING THAT YOU SOLD TO MY FIANCE AND KEEPS BREAKING. The ring has warranty but it will expire in 2 years and they said that after I can take it any place I want to get it fixed paying out of MY pocket. The more

Clinique, Lakeline Mall 4/28/2010

I admit I went to the Clinique counter at Lakeline during bonus time; however, there was ONE sales consulant on duty. There were consultants from other counters helping her ring up sales. The consultant was very attentive to my needs and helped me find new makeup I needed due to a change in my skin type. Unfortunately the product I needed was not in stock but ""would come in soon."" So I gave her my name and phone number, purchased other product and left. One month later, I still had not had a call to notify me my product had arrived so I called the Clinique counter. The consultant had no idea what I was talking about or whose book it might havev been. She called me back and the mysterious ""gayle"" (who was not working) had the ""book"" and they had no clue what I talking about. I was able to describe the product and with much reluctance was given the name of it. I made my purchase elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to Macy's Clinique counter. It is ALWAYS understaffed and has a very frequent turn over. Pros: Good product Cons: Constantly changing sales clerks more

Lakeline Picture People poorly managed 10/24/2009

This place is not professionally mananged. We had to wait for hours even for a booked appointment. The photographer was inexperienced, the quality was so bad. We requested for reprint 3 times and gave up. It was dark color and they had no clue on how to adjust it! Cons: inexperienced photograper, poor time management more

Please don't shop at the Macy's 4/17/2008

Last Monday, I went to the Macy's at Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, TX and when I went to the Clinique Cosmetic counter to buy my stuff and the white sale lady said I have to come back on the following Wed. if I need to get the bonus stuff which will start on Wed. I then paid for my staffs but had to leave them with her and come back again after the event starts. Later, on Thursday, I went back there just to get my stuffs & I was completely ignored by the African American sale lady working at the counter. She was helping another customer, and then she acknowledged me after 5 mins. passed, she said that she would be with me. She's still very much easy going on with her sale proceeding with the other customer. I had been waiting like 15 mins. with 2 kids (you know kids doesn't have much patience) and asked her I really need my stuffs that I have paid for and get rid of there. She said I have to wait wait and wait till she's finish with the customer. Come on gals, can you do better than that? Work smart, you just give me that things & I will be away... jeezzz. I thought that's it...I suddently told her I wanted to cancel my transaction so that I should have been waiting so long along with my two kids with me. I didn't see anyone do care about kids. That the bad rule #1. YOU know what, that lady took some action but asked her colleage to get my stuff. See, I fully got her message that she's not the one who sell the products that's why she has no motivation to do anything for anybody else but herself. That the bad rule #2 is going on in this Mall. I never ever get her apology in this rude & terrible service at all. I felt like it was a terrible shopping experience! TOO BAD!!! If I had her name, I would have reported this directly.. I expect better service and so do other unnoticed customers. I would never ever be back again, I promise. more

My hair is a disaster and the manager yelled at me 12/14/2007

I went into the JC Penneys Salon and asked for a golden blonde and it turned dark ash blonde (like a greyish brown). She said that she could warm it up by adding red and so I left with auburn hair. They promised that they could fix it. I went in again and the stylist showed me a picture of what she could do. I asked if she was sure that she could make it the color she showed me ( nice golden blonde with highlights). She said that she could! So she said she would have to highlight it and them color over the highlights with a golden blonde. She put in the highlights and them said she wanted to dry it out because I may like the color the way that it is. When she dried it out she I told her that I would like it lighter. I wanted it a golden blonde like the picture not just red hair highlighted. She stomped off and got her manager. The manager, in front of everyone, asked me to come back to her office and then proceeded to argue with me. I showed her the picture and told it that my hair was NOT the color in the picture. I also told her what the stylist said that she would do. She called the stylist in and she started arguing with me. I told them that this was absurd, that I didn't come to the salon to be yelled at and that I was leaving. I then gathered my things, with my hair looking awful and left. Pros: There were none Cons: Their ability to color is awful more
