This office is a mess. The staff was extremely rude and the staff has not been trained properly. They have no idea what they are doing. Both the ent's are marginal at best with their knowledge. STAY AWAY and find another ENT. When I complained the office manager was even worse----A fish stinks from the head.... more

Great bedside manner 8/18/2005

Dr. Potter is by far the best ear nose and throat doctor in West Michigan. He is very knowledgeable, and is very patient with his patients. His bedside manner is the best I have ever dealt with. His office has another doctor, as well as an audiologists, so all your ear, nose and throat needs can be met in one location. I would not go to anyone else. more
