This is a complex that is a place to call home. Here, the person that lives next door to you is more than another tenant. They are your neighbors. The atmosphere here is the type that reminds you of how good things were when you were a child without cares. The maintenance workers here actually work, as compared to other places where I've lived, where making coffee runs was the order of the day. Here, if you have a problem or even a question, the gentlemen who work here, or the property manager, are at your door 2 minutes after you hang up the phone. The grounds are kept spotless and are maintained EVERY SINGLE DAY. I never saw that, even living in an ""Exclusive"" community on Long Island. The laundry room here is spotless. The washers and dryers are brand new. And, it is a very safe place to do your laundry, since it has more than adequate lighting. The entire complex is very safe also. They do a thorough background check on EVERYONE that moves in. There is NO riffraff here. As for the apartments, they are VERY quiet. The bedrooms are big. The appliances appear to be less than 1 year old when I moved in, 3 months ago. The floors vary from beautiful ceramic tile, to cozy, well kept carpets. And the closet space is great. For me, who cannot drive, due to a handicap, the location if fantastic. You're close enough to a multiple bus route and there are 4 restaurants within easy walking distance. The funny thing here is that you don't hear the traffic. It is very quiet here. The pool is professionally maintained. And, there is a picnic area, with barbecue grills. The picnic area makes it enjoyable to see that this is the type of place where families have picnics on the weekends and even some during the week. In all, this IS the type of place you want to live, along with your family.
