Doesn't look nearly as cheap as it is. 5/16/2006

This is a great source of cheap bohemian jewelry that doesn't look as cheap as it is. The store is organized by color -- so at any point there may be 10 or 20 items in stock, all of which will be arranged over and over in the store in different color schemes, so you can get the blue, or the yellow or the green, and so forth. It makes the place fun to wander through and ideal regardless of your coloring or the dress you are trying to match. I am always pleasantly surprised by their prices. more

laila rowe is GREAT for cheap fun jewelry, esp now with spring and summer rolling in. lots of funky, chunky jewelry, and cute bags and scarves etc too. and i DO mean cheap. almost everything in the store is under $20, and when they have their sales (which is almost all the time), stuff is slashed 50 or 75% meaning you can get pretty nice stuff for $2-$5. but don't expect the stuff to stand the test of time - they're baubles after all, but fun while they do last, and worth it for the price. check out their other stores - there are several around the city. more
