The Lafayette Brewing Company has a few things to offer - live entertainment, a million and one types of beer, but only OK food. The atmosphere is nice, but the fare wasn't as good as I had been told to expect. The BrewCo bills itself as a pub, and that is quite true; I imagine this is about as close to an English pub as you'll get this side of the Atlantic. But, English food is famously mediocre, and the BrewCo stays true to it's roots. If you happen to have a vegetarian tagging along, it is probably going to complain about the lack of veggie options. Watch out for the root beer - they call it house brewed and rich and creamy... really it's just flat root beer. Overall not a bad experience, but it's not one of Lafayette's best places to eat.
