I love La Michoacana - for one thing, it's very 'real' Mexican food, you won't find everything smothered in melted velvetta cheese and pinkish gravy as you would in so many restaurants that label that sort of food "mexican". Instead, you will indulge yourself on such goodies as Carne Asada Tacos - freshly cooked & seasoned steak, cilantro, and onions in a corn tortilla with self-serve green and red sauces, or a tamale; handmade the traditional way. If you are hungry for breakfast try the Huevos Rancheros. I would probably eat there every day, but my husband doesn't share my passion for Mexican food.
