Lots of extras on my bill 9/2/2011

I am not at all pleased with my first visit there. Went for a routine yearly exam, and they added a bunch of extras!! Now I am being billed over $300 for tests that I did not need or ask for. They just see insurance and do whatever, but my insurance doesn't cover this. Make sure what they are doing, and how much they are charging you for it. I was charged more than my friend that recommended me to them. How is that??? more

Compassionate Care 6/19/2007

Dr. Payne and associates offer great continuity of care with compassion and humor. The nurses are available to answer questions and are helpful and knowledgeable. The office wait time is reasonable and they offer a variety of hours. more
