La Frontera Square

I've lived here 8 months now and will be moving out at the end of my lease. The structure was poorly built. I can hear everything my neighbors say outside (im on the second floor), the jerk next to me bumps his music and the worst part is the sumo wrestler that lives upstairs. Considering the fact that he has someone above him also, you would think he would have some respect for the person below him. He constantly walks hard on his heels, stomps, yells, slams doors. If the building were built properly I doubt I would be writing this review. Also there is a hot tub. Which apparently means lets all go to the hot tub at 4am and scream at the top of our lungs on the weekends. If you enjoy sleepless nights then go ahead and live here but I'm done with this lousy living. more

My experience with this place was the worst I have ever had. The office staff is rude and very unpleasant. Once they figured out that I was not going to be the easiest lease they ever signed they became untolerable. From the beginning I was led to believe that if I changed my mind and decided not to live there I would get all money refunded except the application fee. So when I did change my mind, Samantha advised me that all she had to do was send an email and I would receive a check from the corporate office refunding my money within 30 days. It has now been almost 2 months and still no refund. When I called to inquire about the refund I was told that I forfeited the money because I cancelled. I NEVER signed anything stating that would happen and I was NEVER told that was the case. The staff was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue and were rude the entire time I was talking to them. I advise all people to stay away from this place and if you do decide you want to live there get everything in writing from the office manager, who by the way is just as bad if not worse than the office staff. If I could rate this place zero stars I would, but unfortunately I am required to give at least one star. more
