DO NOT take your dry cleaning to La Clinique Cleaners in Hells Kitchen. The owner Mark is extremely unprofessional. The cleaner shrunk a very expensive cashmere sweater of mine. They tried to fix it but its just not wearable. After weeks of stopping by the cleaner to discuss a resolution, I was consistently told Mark would call me back or he'll be in at a certain time. Never a phone call, never in. He finally called me after 6 weeks and accused me of harassment and would seek legal action against me. Really, how laughable. We finally agree that I would take down the negative postings and he would pay me $100 restitution. I took down the postings but he didn't pay. Now, the postings are back up and will stay up until full restitution is paid. Take your clothes and your money elsewhere. You'll be happy you did.
