since we moved to this apartment they change the manager for 4th time. now, this its a guy first his nice to all tenant after awhile his getting in my nerve. before when our gate remote stop working we just call the manager and they will check on it or change to a new one. this new manager is sucks he told us maybe the battery you need to buy a new one. and it can't be damage cause it brand new. my husband gets REALLY MAD and hang up on him. what the heck is he talking about. BRAND NEW i have that remote since i moved in 2005. that's SUCKS. HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER CHECKING IT OUT till now. I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT L""ABRI IN DOWNEY I LEAVE A MSG TO SUPERVISOR AND SHE CALLED ME AFTER 2 DAYS AND SHE'S SO FREAKIN RUDE. HATE THIS MANAGEMENT... IM WONDERING WHO'S REALLY THE OWNER AND I WANT TO SEND A LETTER HOW RUDE HIS PEOPLE ARE.
