I used to be a customer of L & N. One of my friends told me about them. At the time, they were one of the only credit unions offering their services to the "public". The benefits were nice, but I was not all that impressed with the branches (looked very dark, old and outdated), and the employees never seemed to happy to be there. Also, only one or two of the branches offered drive up banking. I ended up leaving after about a year or so. Hopefully they have changed all of this by now.
