On Nov. 23, 2015, my handyman was working on my kitchen faucet when he ran into an issue he was not trained to handle. Bottom line he could not get the pipe underneath the sink to stop the flowing water. It was panic city. I called Isley and in twenty minutes, they sent their service tech, Rik Hilty. He talked with me and my handyman with calmness and looked at the problem. Then, he fixed it! He also reassured me the problem was not caused by my handyman and explained what had happened. I thought that was very thoughtful and kind of him, because I was wondering. He did not have to say that, and I was glad he did. Isley's prompt and expert handling of this saved my hardwood floor from disaster and allowed us to go on with our scheduled day.
