Perfect summer evening 8/15/2006

In the summertime, there's no better late-night meal than a couple of "squares" and a spumoni at L&B. Get your food at the windows and grab yourself a seat at one of the picnic tables in front. It's great if you enjoy people-watching... But this is Brooklyn, so don't let anyone catch you staring at his old lady ;) more

Awesome Pizza, Great Spumoni 8/2/2006

L&B is the place to go after a day at Coney Island. This is the best pizza you'll find in New York (square or neapolitan) and you have to end your visit with a spumoni ice. more

Good foods Great spumoni 8/19/2005

What can I say about this place, they’ve got the best spumoni in Brooklyn. The only other place I can honestly say has a better spumoni is this little spumoni store I accidentally found in Baltimore. But since I live in Brooklyn, this is as good as it gets. They only offer two flavors, chocolate and vanilla which I think it’s about 2 dollars per serving. You might need to get tow for yourself it’s that good. Go check it out! Oh yea, I forgot to mention, this is a Italian restaurant and they do serve pastas and such, however I don’t feel its up to par with the spumoni. more

The best pizza in Brooklyn - possibly even NYC entirely! 7/29/2005

Their "squares" are to die for! It got to the point where the guys saw me coming and saved the corners for me. The rest of the food is incredible! They make a chicken parm that even I EAT! I am usually terribly picky about italian food that isn't prepared by myself or family but the chefs at L&B's are amazing!! I miss this place SO bad!!! more

Ask anyone where to go for pizza in Brooklyn, and the concensus will always be L & B Spumoni Gardens. This restaurant is divided into two areas, one part is a sit down italian restaurant, while the other part is a take out pizzeria. You can purchase pizza and then sit down and eat it at one of the many picnic tables located in front of the restaurant. Their pizza is unique in the sense that the sauce is put on top of the cheese. Famous celebrity Joey Fatone from NSYNC has been know to come here when he's in his hometown of Brooklyn. more

The Greatest Pizza in the World! 7/14/2005

If the best pizza is in Brooklyn and this definitely the best pizza in Brooklyn, then this is the best pizza in the whole world! Their square pizza is to die for. The sauce is delicious and what they do is they put the sauce and spices on top of the cheese on perfectly oven baked bread which is burnt to a perfect crisp. My friends and I go to this place quite often because we love it so much. Mmmm... it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The only thing about this place is that they don't deliver...but then again that would be impossible because they wouldn't be able to hire enough delivery guys because their phone would be ringing off the hook! Everyone should definitely give this place a try you won't regret it. more
