I have had a great experience with "these people" they are very clear on how there memberships are handled. All you have to do is go in and sign a piece of paper saying your canceling the account. They are required to give copies, so the person who wrote the 1 star review has to be dumb. Its the easiest thing to do to cancel your membership, although I agree there are cheaper places to tan, but the quality of the beds and the fact that the employees know just about everything you need to know about lotion and tanning, you wont find a place thats better.
