No one likes going to the dentist and after the experiences I had at this dentist, I understand why. The front office staff pointedly ignores arriving patients. Using her blue tooth, one employee, who had clearly ended her phone call, told me to sit down, she was on the phone. If the dentist is busy, forget about him even addressing you or looking you in the eye.\r
When I wanted to make a follow up appt to correct an issue that was discovered, I received a sigh and eye roll for my trouble. I did make the follow up just to save myself the trouble of getting another set of xrays, but will not be returning to this office.
