June 11, 2008 we ordered Teriyaki Chicken (with white meat) and a salad and Yakisoba which came with a salad. I don?t know if it was the salad that made us sick or what it was but something did within 45 minutes of eating. The lady at the counter was so rude during our ordering that I didn?t even go to her before leaving the restaurant to advise how bland our food was and how I was feeling ill. I called the headquarters number which is printed on their napkins while in the parking lot. Marie assured me she would get back with me with the results of the complaint. After several days of not hearing I called her again. Again I was reassured that they were looking into the situation and that I would get a refund of my money. After not hearing again for over a week I called and spoke to Marie with the same song and dance. I was told at least twice I would get a refund from Marie. Finally today July 3rd, almost a month after the situation, I get a rude call from a controller by the name of Ron who asked if I was a teacher because I said Dam it! He informed me that no one else got sick so I must be lying. Maybe I got this call because I called the can't mention and complained. I also called Health Services and they will be conducting an investigation. Also, Ron the controller who told me no one else got sick failed to realize that on .gov there are 3 violations for this restaurant dated June 17th so the likelihood that I did get sick on the 11th due to their food is high. Save yourself 20 bucks and go eat somewhere else!
