I originally rated this place 4 stars. Now, after being with Kyle's office for 4 years, I finally interacted with him in person, and I am changing my review to 1 star.I have now switched agents, although I am still with State Farm. I originally went to Kyle because I had a friend that worked for him. The crux of my situation is that I asked for a coverage to be added to my policy, and it was never added. Then when I had an accident and the coverage wasn't there, Kyle turned his back on me. Despite numerous conversations with his staff, he never once reached out to contact me. The guy didn't have the spine to call me and tell me that he was unwilling to take care of my problem (which actually would have gone a long way). Then when I decided to switch offices, he was ready to be my buddy, although he still didn't have the stones to call me. He emailed me instead. I replied with an explanation of why I was leaving and why I didn't feel like it would help for us to meet about it this late in the game, and I never heard from him again (and I would be happy to share that email exchange with anyone who wants to see it. I read these reviews all the time, and I never really know if the reviewer is legit. Feel free to ask me). In my opinion, the guy has no integrity, and he is counting on it never biting him in the butt. My hope is that people will read this and choose another agent. It may have cost him a little money to have added the coverage retrospectively to my policy by calling State Farm and just saying it was his mistake, but after the way he ignored me during that time, I don't mind admitting that I hope to cost him much more than that in lost revenue. I think State Farm is a great company, but I would really encourage anyone to find a different office.
