It has great food for a reasonable price. A restaurant you can eat at every day. You taste the love the chef has for his craft in every bite, doesn't mattered it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is great and presented beautifully. Try the strawberry stuffed French toast. My personal favorite. more

Back again! Love this place. It's nice and quiet, not stupid loud like a chain restaurant. Typo in my last review 9.95 Mahi mahi is the correct price. Such a nice escape from the chain restaurants! more

It really is a shame the service was so bad because I really enjoyed my food! It took them over 10 min to come to our table and take our order and that was the last time we saw our waitress. The bus boy brought our food out and it took us calling over the manager for my boyfriend to get a refill on his drink. He got the egg white omelet and complained it was greasy although I thought the broken egg sandwich was really excellent. Then again I can make myself a fancy grilled cheese sandwich at home for a lot less aggravation. It probably would have appeased us if the waitress would have apologized but she said nothing when bringing us our check, thanks but I will spend my money somewhere else! more

I found the ambiance to be comfortable and well decorated for a cafe, which for most people they probably could care less as long as the food is delicious.... The food was average (dinner time). The service slow. I had my sandwich come out first followed 10 minutes behind were my french fries( first world problems). If you are with a group of friends with good conversation this doesn't matter. Overall I wouldn't go back for dinner may consider breakfast in the future. more

I have been a regular for breakfast and have also eaten lunch and dinner on occasion. I continue to eat here because the food, particularly breakfast is very good. The service, however, is inexplicably slow. Lengthy waits for food, even if the place is not crowded, incomplete orders brought piecemeal to the table ( toast after food was eaten, coffee refill frustratingly slow.) If you lament about the service you are met with scowls instead of apologies. more

Um EH! After seeing most of the reviews being good (but mostly all breakfast comments) don't think we'll go back! We went in on St. Pattys Day, service was pretty lousy and food extremely greasy! Not to mention for two adults and two kids was over $50 plus tip just for lunch at a sub par tiny diner for below average tasting food!? Unacceptable! Stick with Flashback Diner! more

Great neighborhood diner. The breakfast and lunch is great. The French Onion soup is savory not salty, one of the best I've tried. more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! By far, the best corned beef hash I've had at any restaurant. It's made with REAL corned beef and not the yucky canned stuff. The stuffed French toast is absolutely delicious, albeit not so friendly on the love handles. Their sandwiches and salads are also tasty. Great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! more

I work in the same plaza and have ordered lunch from Kristof's on several occasions. I tend to go with the chicken salad croissant, tuna, and soups all have been very tasty. Once or twice there was a bit too much oniion in the salads for my liking but it hasn't stopped me ordering from there. Haven't had any of the main entrees but over all nice experiences. more

we've eaten here a dozen or more times, tonights experience was very disappointing, sign in restuarant says seat yourself.. we arrived and said we needed a table for eight... waited outside to be advised when table would be ready... waited and people kept showing up walking in and taking tables...after 1 hrs we decided to take a table and sit and wait for the next available well staff was not accomodating and very surley when we asked to have the next table pulled over ... just not a good experience we had 2 .. 3 year olds and a 5 month old it wasn't very pretty trying to get them fed and it was 9 pm before staff took care of our party... more

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for several months now. Saturday nights is our normal time! The variety of food served here is excellent. The quality for the most part is great. I especially love the steak sandwich. My wife loves the pulled pork. The service has been very good. Ask for Ruth!!. The Prime Rib special on Saturday's $14.95 is also excellent ROI. more

I decided to go to Kristof's for Saturday breakfast after reading the positive views expressed on this website. As a result, I went in full of hope that I would have a good meal but my optimism was short lived. Not only was I extremely disappointed with the quality of food, specifically the pancakes but the service too was far from that expected. Our server, Zena not only dropped and shattered the dish of one of my guests but proceeded to take 10 minutes to bring out the toast of another member of the party, by which stage they had already completed their meal. As you can imagine I felt embarrassed for the restaurant that they could provide such an inept product and service. I do not normally write on such forums but felt obliged to let other people like me know what to expect before they try Kristof's. more

If you want a good breakfast on the weekend go here. During the week they don't do breakfast but they have a very good bacon egg sandwich on rye. The sweet potatoe fries are amazing. Service was very good and fast and it was nice place to eat in the area. more
